Armenian athlete Elmira Karapetyan participated in the Olympic flame relay in Paris, becoming the first female torchbearer from independent Armenia in history.
Elmira Karapetyan will begin her performances in Paris on the first day of the Games, July 27. She will compete in the 10-meter air pistol shooting event.
